Hyatt Regency Ayla — PV4, the Second Solar PV Plant in Quweira
PV4 in Quweira represents the second solar PV project delivered by Perfect Solutions for Hyatt Regency Ayla, on behalf of Al Waha 33 for Commercial and Residential Complex Development.
The EPC scope extends from civil works and pile foundations to single-axis tracking structures and PV modules, as well as the inverter station, transformer, and medium-voltage switchgear room.
The significance of the project lies in the fact that it followed years of operation and measured performance from the first solar plant at the same site, giving the client an established operational reference before awarding a second project.
In line with Perfect Solutions’ approach to verified project reporting, the capacity and generation figures for the second plant will not be published until a complete and reliable measurement period is available.
Challenges
Delivering a second solar PV plant at an existing site where another plant was already in operation, while coordinating civil works, electrical infrastructure, interconnection, and integration without compromising the existing site.
